Out of likes for like 10 mins but gooooood morning guys. I’ve actually always wanted to go to St.Lucia my old neighbor and his family were from there, it’s so gorgeous! And they are some of the best neighbors I’ve ever had. His son Olin and I still talk often in fact. They put it in the map and bucket list for me.

Some call it the Hawaii of the Caribbean because it’s got an active volcano which I happened to visit.
The terrain is mountainous and unforgiving and all the major towns are ports/harbours.
The roads suck. A little slower but much nicer to travel by boat. The island is only 40km across but it took almost 3 hours to drive.

I hiked near a volcano that erupts every hour on the hour (within reason) in Guatemala.
This was more like surface geothermal bubbling mud ponds. Still cool though.
