I can’t help but wonder which terpenes put out the fish taste.

Tuna Kush sounds crazy.

I like it. I have had tuna Kush and black tuna Kush from OSBA both were excellent. It definitely does not have a fishy smell lol it was previously transported in those cans

Apparently it more to do with the packaging but def some stinky terps

It’s definitely a kush descendant, probably whatever makes certain strains in Pakistan and the like have rotten meat or moth ball terps. Keep in mind it’s like an undertone though, not super fishy but stil noticeable in my opinon

Naww, it definitely does. Legit the only reason I copped the seeds. It’s not fishy in the same way you might expect RKS to smell like a dead skunk. It’s subtle but still noticeable enough for me to identify it as a sort of fishy or slightly rank smell. Perhaps it was not stable because when I was doing some research about it on different forums, some claimed that it did have a fishy smell/taste and others claimed it didn’t :man_shrugging:t4:

That would be awesome!

have you grown these before from hazeman? Or hindu kush?

I never noticed it smelling like fish. Just some stanky kush. I don’t eat or like seafood personally so I’d have stayed far away from anything fishy :stuck_out_tongue: Awesome couch lock stone though. Used to come in tuna cans and pretty sure the original “budder” from bc was made with that strain too.

edit: @District_Flora I’m sure there’s still clones floating around on the west coast. I wonder if any ogers have access to it. It was pretty locked down back in the day not sure about now.

I’ve smoked both but have grown neither. The tuna Kush hasn’t been available in seed form for awhile now until Hazeman’s reproduction run if I’m not mistaking

That’s fair, I still stand by my experience though lol. I’ll just have to wait and see what comes up. In general, it probably just has an indistinct stank that can be interpreted in various ways because I had a friend that agreed with me but another said it was more like a “weird gassiness”. You’re right about the high though, it was a great narcotic. I’m unaware of Budder, I’ll look into it!

That’s a good question, I’d be interested in an OG cut forrrrr surrrre. Apparently it was big in and from British Columbia though, so perhaps someone out there? I don’t think anyone even knows who bred it originally

Kinda a drag you didn’t find someone to run these, but totally awesome you decided to. Sometimes you just got to do it yourself to get it done!

I can’t remember if I got on the signup while it was up, I might have been, or not? Either way I am throwing down my marker! I want in!!!

I will be in the corner, chillin on my bean bag chair, ripping da bong, keeping my red eyes peeled :eyes:!

May your harvest be bountiful!!!

I agree with @Dirtron I want in as well. Can’t remember whether or not, I got in on the sign up either :v:t4:

Both you and @Dirtron are on the original saved list, your spots are solid. @Indoornesian too and a few others that inquired since I’ve revisited this thread. I’ll let the newer people sign up later when the pollen is in the air at least

Pretty sure hazeman started releasing his tuna line and hybrids around 2015.

Thanks for easing my piece of mind! I keep looking for the sign up list.
Definitely want to try some Tuna in my Zig-Zag

Really? These are F2’s according to DCseedexchange so I’m guessing the 2015 drop would have been from the original F1’s? Unless those were F2’s as well and these are just old seeds (which I got 100% germ)

Soon enough my friend, got 100% germ rate so we’re shaking and jiving!
