Hi there,
This may be a stoned idea but I am around the basement collecting materials and stuff to aid me in the harvest process.
So I wonder if someone ever tried a small Ultrasounds machine with plain water and green matter in a net in order to loose all the thrichs?
Maybe this process may be better than the old power drill with the cake end to mix the thing up.
Pretty sure the ice is essential to make them brittle.
I have an ultrasonic cleaner and it heats up a bit which might be a problem. It works really well to clean lightly dirty glassware. Fully soiled not so much.
I doubt it would be worth it. Trichomes need to be frozen so brittle and those ultrasoic cleaners tend to be small so even if it worked you would be doing so many batches I canāt see it being worth messing with. I got a washing machine to make my life easier.
The ultrasonic cleaner is impracticable, but a strong āchirpā from a sonar sensor might just knock off the head of every trichome in the cold fluidā¦
Probably a good thing I donāt have a surplus sonar system laying around the houseā¦
Good ideaā¦ maybe put it all in my bass drum and give a few hard kicksā¦ woohoo!!! Try tuning to different notes etc how to get my bass drum cold as fuck though ā¦ or freeze a room and get big ass speakers like concert qualityā¦ and a drum solo Iām willing to bet a bass guitar and a decent half stack would work very well alsoā¦ as long as cold enough to b brittle
you might have better luck using it to refine already sifted kief, the trich heads and the plant material could respond differently to separate them that way. Iād try it like how they have those plates they vibrate on youtube with sand on top to show off the different patterns it makes
you also might have better luck with a static electricity machine, a la the āstatic techā of refining kief
