Try this for wide spectrum cannabinoids, regardless of strain:
Long story short:
I decarb two batches of dried bud, crumbled with my fingers (sous vide, put a lid on the cooking pot containing the bud) at 212 F / 100 C for 1 hr 11 mins, then take out the half of the batch and let the rest decarb until 2 hr 22 mins, then eat 1/3 rd of a teaspoon of each batch before breakfast.
This way you have a more even ratio of THCa, THC and CBN (along with CBD and all the others) for your body to work with.
Diversity is key, don’t stare yourselves blind on THC and CBD, there’s over a hundred cannabinoids discovered so far, and there may be much more we have yet to discover.
ALL of them are important.
Should bring your wife at least some relief.
And most important of all, fear nothing.
Fear kills, love heals, jokes help!

Yes condolences on you and your fam, my mother has a similar disease. I wish she was open to trying cannabis, I’m sure it would help some but she will never. Dont worry, I guess soon with all the cannabis activism people will be opening their minds more, as it will flood the market, in Spain its illegal, meanwhile they sell cbd oil at the pharmacy, so you know. Idk if it will be 4 years or 10, but I know soon it will be more normal than now!
