Maybe its not the best thing for me to be watering in aloe leaf powder then hmm? I have just been throwing some cheap organic aloe leaf powder into my watering’s, it was cheap so figured I would toss it in.

The skin may not be the problem, its the brown ooze they call latex that I was always warned about.

The only reasons I have found to be cautious of this is for human consumption, I have not found any information regarding the “latex” or aloin being harmful to plants in any way. I may be missing something here.

The aloe that I use is powdered and from build a soil, and is not recommended for consumption because it is a whole leaf extract. I have never noticed any ill effects on the plants I have used it on.

Yeah, I see a lot of people chop it up and add to compost. The latex is bad for us, so probably good for plants. lol

Damn, it Is: Most of the time…lol
Ya see the aloe sets the water on a path, between 4.5 and 5.5 and when added to most distlled or RO water it will go to balanced 5.5 -6.0.
Aloe Vera has a natural pH level between 4.5 and 5.5 which is in the same range as the pH level of your hair.

Most people seem to use the concentrate. This stuff is just ground leaf, but it was cheap so I just dump some in the water here and there heh.
