Vintage Kentucky Red Hair strain

Have one out of the original stock doing good. Didn’t get to tend to it for a few days, but it’ll turn around. If it ends up female, will definitely be spraying to help preserve

I can say this much about her. They can take some abuse. She a diamond now

Hopefully you have a male there. That would be awesome!

I’m hoping it is a female. I plan on bringing it inside towards the end of the month to let it get bigger before I start flowering it

Back in Dec 23 I sprouted a few KRH (see post). The temp was too cold and they all died or stunted. I moved one survivor to my kitchen shelf and one other one into a Solo cup. This is the Solo cup KRH 7 months later.

She chugged along in the backround of anything that actually mattered for months, she got moved outside then flowered early spring and got hit as a bystander with some auto Scarlet Grapes fem pollen from a auto fem seed creation and outcross project I recently did. She then revegged however she produced these four fem seeds which are KRH (AA) x Scarlet Grapes auto (aa) so these are Kentucky Grapes (Aa) Fast fem seeds!

I’m only two generations from creating an auto strain with some KRH genetics in it so I might as well cause why not. Might be a sign this plant lived this long and accomplished the goal of every living thing on Earth; to demonstrate enough fitness to pass genes onto a next generation of offspring. Or I might just be crazy. Either way I’m gonna do it.

That’s amazing! Sounds like a good combo

Scarlet grapes is a hella fine strain, and I bet the hybrid vigor of an F1 would do the red hair some good.

Look forward to seeing it!

I’m having same issue one of my plant it started re vegging because I movr it to a spot where it get more sun. 13 hour of sun to a spot that get 16 hours…east coast weather. Maybe I put it out to early. Don’t know but happy it getting bushy

Guessing that’s what mine did too. Cleaned up most of the single blade stuff. I know it’s early, but too early to tell?

Not sure what it is, but she sleeps inside now. Letting it go a little more before I flip. Considering taking a clone of the TW, or Kush, and pollinating it, if it’s a male, just for S&Gs…

This one from @ChinookKing has been a crazy looking one, and it’s been an honor to run her

Inside one from old batch of seeds, is doing incredible. Will edit tomorrow to show it. Outside one, it’s a funky looking plant lol

She is starting to kick out of the reveg. Back off the nitrogen a little bit she is deep dark green. Make sure your water pH is 5.7 to 6.0. If you have any charcoal ash from grilling sprinkle that on top layer of soil. Make sure you are giving her plenty of CalMag. She wants to run.

Will do. She’s been running lately

Heres the old stock one

Too much nitrogen, over watered, not enough perlite in soil mix

It’s a top dressing, plenty of perlite below that. It went through a drought for a bit because I was out of town for a few days, but it’ll perk up. Definitely too much nitro yes, but what I use for nutes, hasn’t burned anything, so this will just get straight water for a bit. Letting it get a little bigger, before I decide to flip it and see what it is

She’s getting big quick…

Looks like a male! Hopefully you can put it somewhere away from the others when it starts to flower
