Fried some Linguica, let’s call it a hunnit-grams.
As it reaches the line between brown and burnt,
Add Onions, Peppers, seasonings, a splash of cold water.
As that dries up, add meat, skin side down if applicable.

Flip.
As that, something, something, darkside, add a splash of cold water.
As that something something dries up, add a splash of cold water.
Something something, last of the cold water and cover. Turn down heat and go smoke a bowl.

I cant partake but i do cook for one. Lately i have been cooking chicken diablos (bacon wrapped chicken breast bites stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese) on the grill, chicken and sausage gumbo, and crawfish and corn bisque.
