This is my supper tonight my monthly fast week. Had the same yesterday, a smidgen of hot goodness, tomato chilli and spice pikle. No calories as its such s small amount but tons of flavour.
My lips are tingling for about 30 minutes after a lick, its so hot it takes an hour to finish that little bit and my stomach is fooled into thinking I ate a curry😂
So my guilt trip paid off and I ended up with chicken and shallot gravy
