Making some ribeye chili

Make sure to brown your meat on high heat, dont just turn it gray.

Remove the meat, keep the fat in the pan.

2 cups of pearl onions and about 2 tbs of garlic.

Cook it til its brown again.

Nutmeg, ginger powder, chili popowder all in and let it toast a little, add in the beef and seasoned salt.

Fire roasted tomatoes, a quart of low sodium organic chicken stock, bay leaves and more chili powder. Now to let it simmer with a lid on for 6 hours. Then add 1 small can light red kidney beans. 20 more minutes at a simmer and its ready!
