Some more so not pretty but good 
2 steaks I got awhile ago for my bday next month Dunno which one Iām gonna have def not both. One is a cheaper Australian wagyu tomohawk I saw at costco (donāt normally eat bone in steaks but was cheap enough so I impulse bought it) and the second is another Australian wagyu ribeye with the highest marbling score (mbs9+) The costco one doesnāt specify but my guess would be between mbs 3 and 5.
16 hour sous vide duck leg then broiled on top till somewhat crispy. Not the greatest crust but was still delish and fall off the bone. Rice is basmati, soaked for 20 mins, pressure cooked 1 min with some seasoning.
Roast beef āpoutineā far from traditional but super dank. Iāve eaten a disgusting amount of these in the past week Iām surprised I donāt weigh 300lb. Starts out with a nice brown stock made from roasted beef bones,carrot,celery, onion, garlic tomato paste bay leaf and some other things, simmered for a whole day. After that I cooked 3 beef pot roasts in that same beef stock, strained it after they were done cooking and thickened it using a roux made with butter and flour to turn it into a gravy. Peeled and cut some russet potatoes into fries and double fried them in beef fat heavy in brisket trimmings (aka flavour :P). I donāt normally have cheese curds so I cubed some St Albert marble cheddar which I have on hand often.

At a friends house today with friends all wknd. You only live once folks might as well eat well and this is home cooking, way cheaper than eating it in restaurantsā¦ I love to cook outdoors for friendsā¦any leftovers gets to go in the dog bowl for the dogs the next day.
BTW, no leftovers for the dogs this timeā¦
