Looks dank is that first 2 pics zaatar manoushe/manakish? I want a few cheese/meat ones now (with lemon spice of course  ) I need a good recipe to make a ton of em. I’ve always wanted to learn to make the meat ones at home. The cheese ones should be easy enough just have to get some akkawi (is that even the right one?) I know some of the bakeries sell it though. I literally survived on these things throughout highschool when I was actually there, which wasn’t that often to be fair :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve had 20 small shawarmas in the past 2 weeks or so since I made that toum LOL

@neogitus Gotta love that zaatar :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: The aroma fills the whole house once it’s done.

Me too!!
These ghetto ones I made with marbled cheddar barely come close to the real thing  the kids love em though. Traditionally it is made with akkawi, but you can use any cheese with a good melt. The meat ones are super easy to make, only thing is they never last longer than an hour when everyone’s home

I don’t think I’ve had one in the past 2 weeks :sob: I’m jealous, lol. Hope you shared one or 2 with your dog :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
