Tonights and Tuesday nights was a Mushroom Keema with basmati rice and nan bread. I made it on Sunday and left it to sit and round off the flavour. It was so good :yum:

I found an old wooden smoke house on my new property, if that’s the correct term. It’s 2x2 meters and just over 2 meters high, with rusty old metal racks and big wooden skewers. I don’t think it’s been used for a long time, it looks like it was knocked over and stood back up out of position. Maybe a bear trying to get at all the fat and blood soaked into the ground, the wood smells wonderful, and I am going to take it apart and use the planks for something else.

Ahhh, thank you. I knew I knew that but I don’t see much middle eastern cuisine here. But, we have had a new restaurant start up that’s owned by Indians at a local motel. Everybody says it’s great but they’re on the high end of pricing. I’m sure I’ll eat there before long. It’s nice to get a break form mostly bar/grill food in our little town.

This was a poblano stuffed with spicy beef and apples, walnut cream and pomegranate

I can’t explain how good this was. It’s one of those bumble bee dishes that shouldn’t be able to fly, but does

I love it too, whenever we want a pizza we just break out the fixins and bake one up. The size of a plate no less. Works out so prime. Ever since we started making the dough with our sourdough starter. Well, it had tasted like take out pizza everytime. Freaking choice.
