This is getting smoked this weekend. 225° for 18 hours. A beautiful 14lb packer Brisket. I’ll be turning the point into burnt ends. More to come!

Last night was a BLOAT (beef, lettuce, onion, avocado and tomato). Hmmmm, perhaps a TOLAB? OBLAT? BATOL? LOBAT? Whatever you call it, it was delicious!
