Thanks, this was the special I did at my restaurant this weekend
I know what a tandoori oven is but wth is tandoori mahi?
It’s made in a tandoori oven you can also bake it in a normal oven,make some tandoori sauce and let the fish have a bath in it for a couple of hours then into hot oven
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt or to taste
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/8 cup(s) fresh green chili, coarsely chopped and seeded
- 2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 1/4 cup(s) Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
Sounds great, what kind of green Chile?
Depends on how spices you like it I leave it out myself,love Indian food but not spicy lol reason I started making my own
And it’s gotten expensive to eat at my local curry house lol
Make my own naans and roti
Naan bread
2 cups self rising flour
Pinch of salt and sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup yogurt
2. Tablespoons of oil
Mix together let sit for 30 minutes
This will make 4 naans I use a cast iron pan let it get hot place one of your naans on it then flip when one side it nice
Then hit it with some butter while it’s hot
Din din at a friends house yesterday but no meat Sunday for me…
I had this because I don’t do meats on Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays during Lent…I couldn’t even eat the pot brownies I brought for desserts…
