I went to Parks meat packers in Chicago and picked up a couple pigs head and of course the prices went up, instead of $10 each it’s now $1.60 a pound, I also picked up a couple cornish hens at a good price…I’m planning on having roasted pig’s head for Christmas dinner…
I also made my pork sausage stuffing topped with cheese while I was in the city and my friends loved it…they said they will be making their stuffing like mine from now on…
