I think I have some Tahini in the cupboard as well.
1x whole chopped red cabbage
1tbs raw honey whisked into 1/2c apple cider vinegar
– Toss this together first then add
1tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
– Toss again, cover and store.
Excellent, thank you very much, my brain is clicking into taste drive now I am on my second coffee, thinking some Chilli or cloves and cardamom with it, might be a nice addition. Although clove is an antibacterial so maybe not. Garlic coriander and curcumin would be nice as well.

I made some 2 days ago, it is very good. I added some Thai sweet chilli sauce to it as well. I also made some spinach dip and lentil flat bread for the spinach dip but they are very good as a rotti substitute with curry as well.
