just ate some chinese, was craving it all week. chicken wings, ribs and mongolian beef. no pics as i’ve posted the same stuff before.

Two of these three items we bought cooked from Costco. The chicken and potatoes. A seriously unusual meal for us. It was okay. The roasted Brussels Sprouts were by far the best thing, IMO. The only problem with them was there weren’t enough. This was last night. No bacon fat to be seen anywhere nearby.
Breakfast yesterday. It was bacony delicious!

Breakfast today. Unfortunately, we’re out of buttermilk, so these were made with plain yogurt. Not quite as fluffy, but every bit as delicious! With mixed berry syrup, naked and syruped.

Some homemade cornbread muffins, made with homemade corn.
