Pot sauce weed infused hot sauce I made 3 gallons. Black truffle, black garlic, roasted garlic, fresh garlic, onion, carrots, jalapeno, serrano, habanero, poblano, ancho, chipotle, ghost pepper, salt, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, liquid smoke, Corzo Tequila, xanthan gum, mustard powder, honey mango, kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries. Also dabs to infuse it. Roughly 14g. Should make it roughly 1mg per ml.
A lot of ingredients, but so delicious
My mother used to ‘stuff’ a beef heart. Basically a savory chicken stuffing and a slow cook. Great eating.

Yeah, that beef heart was slow cooked in a crock pot and put in the fridge for 24hrs. then sliced and grilled…very tender off the grill…
I also make my own burgers folks, it’s very simple and good eats…1/3# patties w/cheese, onions and jalapenos…

It’s very spicy, but I like it like that. It has a back of the throat burn I enjoy quite a bit. Makes smoking different
