Beef roast in a crock pot, I put it on before I left for work… My house will smell delish when I get home later on this afternoon…btw, Shishitos are from my garden and the veggies are under the beef…

Tossed some ribs on the stick burner after a nice morning bike ride with our little man and my wife. At the wrap I will add local honey to one and our own maple syrup to another.

so that sushi was bad the other day. glad i never finished it. currently eating the tiny mac n cheese cups and peanut butter jelly sandwiches. if it was real kraft mac and cheese it would have a trip back in time.
