Surf n’ turf again…grilled catfish nuggets and homemade burger with no bun, it’s a blend of Italian pork sausage and ground beef…also brussel sprouts on a bed of arugula grown my garden and sweet cantaloupe…

Decided to make breakfast this morning before work…I also didn’t have any breakfast sausages but I did have baloney…
Baloney topped with eggs, cantaloupe and overripe avocado…
Nothing better than eating breakfast outdoors on a beautiful morning before the temps climb up to the 90’s today…eggs were perfectly cooked and the fried baloney was actually good and paired well with the eggs…

Yeah I make those cuts so the baloney stays flat on the iron pan and not cup up…if you guys ever fry a baloney you would know what I mean…
