i forgot to take a picture of 2 lengua tacos i just ate. the red sauce i put on them was a lot hotter than i expected, delayed strike, lol. still have a steak burrito. i’ve posted pictures of the same items before so no need to repost i guess.

the guy claiming his family invented it is full of shit. when i was young we were never allowed to get a beef from there because the guy is an asshole, lol. to save money my dad used to buy the beef and then there’s a shop that sells buckets of the the au jus juices and there would also be a block of orange block of seasonings mixed into it.

Thursdays meal was Pizza and last nights meal was home made lentil wraps which was a good substitute for Tortillas. Filled with salad, goat cheese and some red pepper jelly, with veggie samosas in olive oil and Thai sweet chilli sauce.
