Gotta have atleast 4 to make it count! O do i miss buffets
She is definitely a woman. Look how crafty and beautifully she does it everytime.
I am not a kraft dinner fan these days. Their pasta has shrunk and is just not what it used to be. I found no name stuff or lately stuff with Chester Cheetah on it is much better. Those seem to resemble the Kraft Dinner I remember and loved.
If you see some Annie’s Mac and cheese (a.k.a. bunny brand) snag some for a try, I think you will like it.
Cheers

Will do, always looking out for a good substitute. I do love me some KD, just not Krafts version any more. Thanks for the tip.
Using up leftover pulled port… lined a pan with lightly cooked corn tortillas, then cheese, refried beans, pulled pork and more cheese…baked and served with tomatoes and sour cream…I added avocado to mine!
It was take out for us tonight. Mrs. mota really likes a local Italian place that delivers. I’m not that big a fan, but I found something. I ordered the beef tartar and the salad. I thought the lasagna was the best thing we had. It was really pretty good. Not as good as our homemade, but I would not turn it down.
Battuta/Steak Tartar - Hand cut, certified Piedmontese grass fed ribeye dry aged beef tartare, carasau bread, Parmigiano Reggiano, 8 years aged balsamic Giuseppe Giusti, micro arugula, truffle caviar, quail egg yolk.
The afore mentioned carasau bread. It’s really more of a cracker. It has the Parm sprinkled on it. The large dark spot is where there was an abundance of cheese. For scooping up the beef.
Next up is the Lattuga Salad - Living butter lettuce (very recently passed. ), toasted pine nuts, lemon dressing and Grana Padano cheese. I ordered the cheese and dressing on the side.
Lasagna alla Bolognese - Handmade lasagna pasta, traditional bolognese sauce, béchamel, mozzarella
Mrs. mota’s favorite item on the take out menu - Fagottini Ricotta e Spinaci (Veg) - Ricotta and spinach filled pasta, imported Italian ricotta, organic spinach, Grana Padano D.O.P.
WoW!! Looks deluxe!
Deep south we call it beanie weenies haha what about you folks? Grilled hot dogs with baked beans of course
