This here is domestic. I wanted to do venison/pork but I grabbed the wrong bag of prechunked meat and once defrosted I didnt have time to wait on more to defrost.

Any salmon and crab cake fans? Made both with garlic bread and french green beans. Simple batch sweat onions peppers add to salmon/crab with egg, mustard, seasoning,
little mayo, and bread crumbs then shallow pan fry in olive oil
