this reminds me of college, fraternity made some money by running a couple food stands at bears games. i was the cook, but i didn’t know how many hotdogs to make so i threw 100 hotdogs on the grill, lol. then there were the brats, i undercooked them and had people come back complaining. the chicken tenders were amazing though, i got to sample them since i was cooking right next to the deep fryer.

i love nacho fries. the stuff at one of my more commercial mexiuan restaurant has a great “super nacho fries”. i’m pretty sure i posted them a couple times in this thread. can’t go wrong @DougDawson .

This place just opened so I am going through their menu. To many crapy burrito places around me so I dont eat this stuff mutch. But now that I found a good one I be eating south of the border allot, lol. Love the change in flavors.

i can still eat mexican once or twice a month because the cook gives me free food for hooking him up with weed, lol. when i have some anyway…

I could eat Mexican food everyday no problem. I’ve only lived in Florida and the Los Angeles area. Haha.

I’m craving Thai food and just checked, closest decent looking place is over an hour away. Brutal.

lengua is such a hit or miss. we’ve already had this discussion but i love the lengua at my local more authentic spot. and hate other lengua i’ve had.

i’m thinking of trying to get a lengua burrito next time i go there. sometimes they’re just out of stock. their shrimp tacos are also really good. i’ve only recently learned to enjoy the rice and beans they make as well.

I only go to one place. Im glad they cook it well. Im burnt on tacos. Going to be hitting a local backyard bbq up support the local scene :yum:
