We make our yogurt. Whole milk and some starter. Bamn in a while whole gallon of yogurt . And its really cheap did i mention that
When I had a milk cow, a Guernsey I raised from three days old, I traded milk for yogurt that one of my land partner’s would make. It was most excellent, and more than “full” fat! HA! I loved it.
That is most excellent
a couple chorizo and cheese sausages wrapped in tortillas, not much of a picture though.
That looks tight, nice job…
I did a lasagna recently
Flammkuchen. Couldnt find an english word it translates as “pie baked in the flames”. Basically a pizza with a very thin dough, sour creme instead of tomate sauce and no cheese
Armenian Cucumbers, nice.
forgot to take a picture. grocery store fried chicken and potato wedges. and my usual mcdonalds large vanilla ice coffee which is always a hit or miss.
I wouldn’t drink milk for YEARS because of the taste from the cardboard cartons, and the fact that the milk we got at school was always room temperature by time we got it. Was always 2% at school- Mom only bought whole milk- but still, the waxed cardboard carton made it totally unpalatable to me.
Now, I Love a cold glass of milk with a PB & J, or pancakes/waffles…and cookies of course.
We don’t really have that problem here in Canada as most of our milk comes in bags. I am not a fan of 2% though, always tasted like water. I grew up on 3.25% homogenized milk. The process of homogenization breaks up the fat globules and distribute them evenly throughout the milk.
i hated milk for a while, only eating it with specific cereals. for the past 2 or 3 years the taste of milk has changed completely for me and i don’t know why. it’s like i can taste the cream and water in it seperately, even in whole milk. so milk doesn’t taste the same anymore at all. it’s strange.
Looks like some good ol texas toast. Yum
