bad, thats light stress. (its a light burned bud, or light stress bud, or bud bleach… many names, same result - reduced/damaged trichomes)

I would have to agree with @the_bot raise your light and/or train your tops down from the light, can also dim the light a bit if possible. Looking good otherwise from what I can see

I meant to say away from the lights.
I did same one time with LEDs.
Just move lights maybe 8 inches higher

Hmmm… looks like partial albinism / variegation?

In my experience light stress is more yellow and makes the leaves point stiffly downwards,
drooping and floppy when it’s really bad.

Is this top much closer to the light than the others perhaps?
If the other tops are at roughly the same distance and aren’t bleaching then it can’t be light stress.

More photo’s would definitely help.

Other plants have no signs of white top. The one white top looks ivory white and this plant was not the tallest.

If you see new growth tomorrow or the day after then it’s most likely spontaneous variegation.
They’d stop growing if it’s stress.

That is bleaching nothing more. Its too close to the light or the light is too intense, far red will bleach out tops real quick. Some strains bleach easier than others even at a much greater distance from the lamp.
