do you have the lights turned all the way up, and close to the tops(that area).
looks like light bleaching.

600w led in a 2x4 tent. Wow. Turn that sucker down to like 50% or less.

I agree that this looks like a true hermaphroditic expression, but only time will tell if it becomes a male flower… other growers have posted pictures of similar growths which --in the end-- never expressed male stamens

uhm

but why so late?

These are female calyxes, completely different than the growths in your first pic. These shouldn’t be seeded, they have pistils… although the pistils look dry so they “might” be fertilized… you can squeeze one to see if it has a seed inside. It doesn’t look like it will, but squeezing will verify whether or not its seeded

I popped 2

1 had a tiny little blackish thingy inside (seed i guess)
and the other one a brown hair

That does sound suspiciously like a seed.
Its hard to make a clear determination as to why the plant might be herming. The first set of pics show signs of stress and deficiency, and that is a sure way to get a plant to herm… but it could also have been genetic; or a combination of stress and genetics. You might want to check all your plants to see if there are any visible male nanners anywhere. With 75 WPSF of light, it could have been light stress which is also causing your visible deficiencies.
It was suggested to turn your light down 50% – I would second that suggestion… 37.5 WPSF is sufficient especially towards the end of flower… plants do better with lower light levels at the end of flowering

Really need a better pic, it’s all fuzzy when I zoom in. Perhaps OP can try macro mode to take a better pic.

all of them have these tiny peas under the buds, but only 1 (found so far) has the bleached(?) thingy on top

Sorry bud but even when I load the while image at full resolution it’s still to fuzzy. Keep an eye on the spot and watch for nanners. Tiny peas under the buds?
