A user I know is doing a seed preservation on seeds that were stored in a fridge since the late 70s. 10 or so popped from 15. Should be interesting!

Those leaves def have a very cool look to them. Ive for some purest indica from Authentic Genetic seed co that are looking pretty cool too. Finding some double and even triple serrated leaves in some old original haze, love the look of that type of leaf. Man, i really hope you find something cool! Look at these purest indica and below is the haze

Starting to get nice and big, I can tell this one’s slightly sensitive , but she’s happy and healthy , seems like the lower branching is stalled / moving slow? Anyone know if any micros or if I need to add any hormones or anything ? Just curious , I’m sure if I topped her it would rearrange the growth and proceed to grow more down low - but over all she’s happy - just waiting to get her to maybe 7-8 sets of nodes , going to top her and let the lower branching start to flourish

Hell ya brother!! Sitting in on this one congrats on such a huge accomplishment. I tried popping 20 seeds from mid-late nineties and they all just dissolved. It was a long shot, not stored properly, and I didn’t do anything special to get em to pop. Great job bro.

This is the first time i have ever heard of a "sex test " thats amazing i wish that was possible in my state.
How long does it normally take them to get you results? how much does it cost? Please tell me everything.

I use my friends company - Google Farmerfreeman, it doesn’t take that long mostly depends on how long your samples take to arrive , just snip off a tip of the first leaf or a leaf in general, add it to the envelope & mail it to DC , mine take 4-10 days to reach him - and then another 3-4 for the results , sometimes faster sometimes slower all depends on the post , and how busy they are
But one test is 10$ - I tend to plant 80-100 seeds on my hunts , and it saves space , being able to send tests off the first week & then have results by the time transplant is needed , I did only get 2 of these to pop, but I’ll be planting another 80 of some newer stuff - but had the extra tests from last season, so gonna use then this hunt and just do all regulars

The samples arrived at the Lab this morning - we will have the sex results soon - fri-mon - and I’ll update some more - the big one is super healthy and just looking amazing

I’m super happy to see that the best possible outcome was the result - the big one is the male and the squat branchy one is the female - I’ll be flowering out the female with my next round coming after she’s clonable , & after that hunt I’ll be crossing them together and doing a bigger hunt of the f2s
