Yeah don’t do that. I would cut it now and worry about it tomorrow. Not telling you what to do but what’s one more day? Sounds like alot

Yuck! I already consume tobacco/nicotine, so this way I avoid adding random shit like spinosad or soap!
I’m not avoiding all of your advice 
I DO like the post harvest washing but prefer running water over immersion in a bucket.
Granted, if I wash this stuff, most of it’s moot except AFAIK spinosad and nicotine are both ‘systemics’ & won’t just rinse out.

So is water. Seriously though, aphids don’t like being disturbed. They will bail if you keep blasting them with the hose. Cannabis is not water soluble. It won’t do shit to your bud. If you screw around too long and get the flying aphids you are really screwed. Look for ants. If you see ants then you have the evil flying aphids, then you are screwed.

I hose off with water early mornings so they dry during the warm day and spray at night . The spray I’m using works real good if you get top and bottom of the leaves . Its hard to get good coverage on a large plant respray and respray again .

I’ve finally realized that it’s pointless to give him advice. He doesn’t want it. Just wants a spot to complain about it and that’s fine too. He still thinks that washing his bud in organic wash is gonna hurt it. We’ll just let him vent . It’s all good. Time will tell if cigarettes kill aphids and not just people. lol

It really is! I tend to use my hose end sprayer for more coverage, but with the size of our plants, spots are just gonna get missed no matter what we do.

Tobacco should kill shit. It has something like hundreds of chemicals in cigarette tobacco. But, even natural tobacco is supposed to have some insecticide qualities I believe.
Our two night freeze may have caught out moths off guard. Haven’t seen any since the thaw, lol.

Anyway, back to my plants…
I’m actually going hard core on my bud wash tmw. Gonna soak the Blue Gelato in a peroxide dilution. I just want to be sure that I kill all of the botrytis before I trim. I don’t want any lingering during the drying process and molding what’s left of the premature bud. Usually, I stick to lemons and baking soda.

My gelato had to come down two weeks ago. Not a strong strain against the elements. You’ll get something good out of it anyways. Enjoy chopping down part of your worries.

Well, took the blue gelato today. Both top colas were completely rotted. Boo. Got about 3 pounds wet out of her. Still gigantic ass nugs. I’m guessing after she’s dry about 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound if she doesn’t mold up while drying. I washed her with peroxide and cut her up pretty good, so I’m hoping for the best. I smoked a bowl of some fresh dry that I had salvaged off her while chopping out rot a few days ago and it wasn’t very harsh (surprisingly) and got me pretty high. I went to bed soon after so I couldn’t tell you much more about it than that yet. It only took us like 3 hours to harvest, wash and trim her, she was all colas with zero larf. One of the beauties of indica, easy to trim.
Cut some bud rot outta the gdp and the blue dream today and found a couple pillars in Bruce. They just had a bt spray on friday. sigh Some always get through. I’m remembering why I absolutely hate the flowering portion of my grows. It’s always heartbreaking watching this kind of inevitable outdoor shit. Then add the paranoia on top. Yeah, good times. lol

At least my friend who grows in the desert, has a blue gelato growing. I had the foresight to give her a seed. She obviously doesn’t have the humidity issues I do, so her plant isn’t rotting. She gets the evil caterpillars though. Anyway, my stoned rambling point is… she’s gonna bring me some of her plant when it’s ready, so at least I will get to try some at it’s maturity.
