I grew several dna Florida og and it’s way different. The Florida og grew much tighter buds, totally different terp profile. And not that great imo , I had one plant with no hairs that freaked me out its whole life and wound up tasting like cardboard.
This 92 looks and matches the descriptions of the krypto but I of course can’t say for sure with out in person comparisons to something that is confirmed.
Some of the original og kush stories from Matt were that it was bagseed from krypto but he could have just been using the term in the generic form who knows. I could see somebody believing og came from krippy and therefore calling it 92og but it just adds confusion if that’s what’s going on here.

looks like i may lose my 92 og in this round, got two snips but there not showing any roots while everything else is. it will be sad to lose her but i have so much other stuff im working with im sure i’ll survive.

did hit this last 92og with some BRIGHT SIDE BLUES pollen and it looks like it took well so those should be fun to look at when there time comes.

sad day …

Hopefully they are just lagging behind but I know and hate the feeling , I’m still chasing two strains down I lost six years ago because the person with them vanished before I could get more cuts :unamused:

ya having something you really like and have become really really good at growing that exact strain and then losing it and not being able to get her back, been there for-sure.

onward for me …

Does she have any seven fingered fans on her I’m pretty sure I’ve only seen fives on the one I have but have seen one going around that has sevens ?

ok looks like one of the two snips did root so i still have her, so happy to see those roots yesterday.

mine is the 3-5 finger one for-sure.

so here ya go, day 27 flower. seeded up for-sure.

this girl was hit with some BrightSide blues pollen, the new name on this one will be known as 92 BLUES f1.

should be pretty cool, lots of cheese from the brightside blues over top of the 92 funk.

ahh ya fun …

P.S. also making some UK BLUES using the same male.

That’s awesome one made it for you , that looks very similar to the one I have and might be the same. When I first got her I flowered a little clone outside and it was boring and bland and I almost ditched her but she has come out absolute stinky funky fire every time sense , I don’t know what happened that first time but now I always run new things at least twice before I throw to the chopping block.

@JAWS @Rocket im looking at a picture the person I got the 92og from shared and it appears to have sevens and even maybe a 9 , either they shared the wrong picture or certain environments bring it out idk but looking threw my old pics I also found a ghost og with a 6 and It barely grows fives most times…
Phenotypic plasticity is a mofo and also super intriguing
Not my pic but a pic from the source

I’ve seen the 6, but have yet to see a 7 or 9.

It’s highly likely that GrowH… gave you the famous Colorado 92OG aka the 92OG S1 from that bank.

I have seen the correlation how ever the origin story does not line up , this did come from a facility in Colorado but was supposed to have come from the guy that made Bruce banner. There has been reference to 92og as the Hollywood hills cut sense before the bank existed , name game bs will always be a problem.
There was a strain around 2015 called offensive og that’s looks spot on to what I have and matches the description also…
Hard to ever know what she is unless somebody else pops up with the same bud under a diff name and I see and smoke it.

He recently stated that his “92OG” is just the original OG kush that he acquired from his buddy Mark H.

But then…

@Rocket Yes that is where the issue lies , if you look at some of my first posts in this thread I think I shared the two diff stories he tells…now three it’s either what they thought was og kush and he got it around 2002 in Los Angeles or 2004 in boulder or it’s a Colorado heirloom he got from marc or it’s just a dank plant with several made up stories to hide what it is or that they did not know.
This is were my frustration is , if I breed with it what do I even call it at this point besides idk what this is lol
