Here is some overkill #3 - minor septoria damage in a year of septoria hell!
Seems to be obvious that this ‘95 Black Domina line has very little septoria resistance. It does however, have a high amount of resilience. Plants out side are getting thrashed by septoria and the ones in the hoop are fine.

Black Domina #7
Looking like a keeper! Frostiest out of the whole line. I took some clones of her hoping they root! If not I am definitely seeding some branches of her.

Here is my keeper black domina grown organically. She suffered very little in the hoop house. Very very frosty!!! Hashy smells so far with a NL1 sweet sour undertone.

Black domina #4 - minimal purple fade from the cold. Nice sweet berry smell! Battled bud rot and stem blight. Nice dense nugs! Can’t wait to smoke her!

#7 Has a weird chemical thing with earthy, musky, with a hint of spice!^^^^^

Thank you! I can’t wait to grow more and in talking to Copa, he’s going to dive back into those Black Domina seeds soon for another round of refreshing the OP and making hybrids, which is awesome! I just finished a Zip Tape from him which is Early Glue x BD

Just finished up trimming the Black Domina #4 from the hoop house!
She was harvested on 10/19 and again on 10/26. Had a nice wide and bushy structure. Leaves had more fingers and slightly thinner than the other BD grown last year. She had a longer stretch than most. Buds were late to develop, but once they did they finished quick! Nice dense nugs that had a small purple fade. Interesting lemon,berry, fuel, and hash smell going on! Smoke is great narcotic effect! I’m glad I kept a clone of her!

Oooo man that sounds delicious, I’ve been smoking on Zip Tape from Copa (Early Glue x BD #1-4) and I am remembering how much that Black Domina flavor and mouthfeel have always been one of my favorites, just pure Afghani without being ass rubber like Ghash or soft marshmallow lime like the LAPK.
I’m behind on reading your thread but have been meaning to catch up, I love the work you’re doing and the reviews are really good, did you make seeds this year? Would love to swap you some of the seeds of Zip Tape x Vortex that I have, don’t see too many in the buds so I’m holding them tighter than the other crosses, but for a BD lover it’s a must, I feel.

Very cool! Thanks @Dirt_Wizard ! I tried to pollinate this plant and other black domina’s this year. Still have yet to see how well the pollinations went. I have been checking out that zip tape by Copa as well. Would definitely be into a trade, just not sure what I have yet. I also held onto 2 black dom clones this year #4 and #7. Thanks for the interest and I look forward to trading!
