@JustSumTomatoes @MBVapester i was going to ask the same thing. how’s the black triangle? i crossed mine with bodhi’s solo stash but never grew it on it’s own.
I didn’t think to much of it at first as it didn’t produce much but grew it again as I took clones and had them but didn’t take more. Now that it’s cured I am really liking it. Nice early evening smoke with a earthy hashy flavor. I have some very late flower cuts that I am trying to root as the second round looks better and because I like the smoke so much. If they don’t take I will probably be dropping more beans in water to grow her again.
Well another fun day, looks like I got to dig myself a very long 6 foot trench as I am out of options. New foot valve, pump and pipe have done no good. Oh well, time to get to digging
Doug when I had a well system I lost pressure and was told to replace the pressure switches. Did that a still low pressure. Wound up being the tank with a faulty bladder, replace the tank and I got the pressure back.
The digging is always my favorite part of any vacation. Hotels don’t like it very much but it’s MY vacation so they can chill out and leave me to it.
When you took off the foot valve did it flow full force and did anything come out besides water?
If you pressure test the line and it’s ok shouldnt need to replace it. I would agree to eliminate the switch or possible bladder issue first.
If you tilt the tank with the air valve down and release it there should not be any water on that side and if there is then you need a new tank.
Lol, I am not equipped to pressure test the line. It’s not the switch, the new pump came with a new switch. Put new line and foot valve on with no effect. Tilting the tank requires detaching it from both intake and plumbing so that’s an issue. Dug down to see if there might be an issue outside the building but the dam thing is in a PVC pipe. Argh. Sorry garden.
Hope your got the music playing & Cannabis in the air while your “Resting” your back on this vacation.
Lol, music playing in my head while I dig.
You’re in the Army now,
You’re not behind a plow;
You’ll never get rich,
You son of a bitch,

You’re in the Army now,
You’re in the Army now,
You’ll never get rich,
On the salary which
You get in the Army now.
Lol
This is far better to have stuck in one’s head than MMMbop.
Hanson lmao
Ug. Damn, bro. That kinda sucks. Digging, while you want to be relaxing instead…
I’m in a similar place.
I bought a beach cottage last fall. I’ve spent the last 6 weeks rebuilding it from the ground up (literally, re-digging the crawl space, new blocks and footers, replacing sills and joists, rewiring, cracked frozen plumbing replacement)… cause it’s a total dump that’s about to fall down.
This was NOT how I thought my summer was going to go.
I feel for you man, this issue is eating up so much time and I still have to paint the deck, repair the dock, prep the jet skis etc. Never ends but on the bright side people are always telling me how lucky I am, lol.
That’s true. And I need to keep remembering that. Sure, my place is a dump that’s falling down… but I’m still lucky enough to have a cottage 150 feet from the ocean. And that means a lot.
I have a lakehouse as well and for the life of me cannot figure out how some folks actually have the time to ride jetskis, waterski, tube and most confusing of all, fish!
Man that pipe looks deep.
You won’t have to throw the weights around next few days.
Lol, yeah. I was disappointed to see that PVC pipe, means I will have to dig up the whole thing as the water pipe is inside it. Going to be a fun week.
Hey @MBVapester , I dont know much about those tanks but it is holding at 28 psi, is that not an indication of a good tank?
It took me 3 summers to build my staircase down to the lake.
I don’t have soil but glacial till, so digging holes is something I appreciate.
My lake is a pothole lake, made by a chunk of ice miles wide that broke off the main glacier when they retreated.
Though it’s a lot smaller than that chunk now.
Actually was in the market for a chunk of land, 20 - 40 acres but this came up and I fell like a sack of rocks.
Next year the one significant drought I experienced happened and I went back to the realtor and bought on the lake.
Lake was down 4ft and everyone’s dock was high and dry but again, it’s a pothole, fed by runoff.
Got a deal.
Figured that if “global warming” was real and we were headed for long term drought, at least I’d have access to water.
btw Ice took out the floating platform I have on the shore, got it back in use but I’ll have to rebuild, when I can find the time!
I dream of home ownership, let alone up north cabin ownership. What’s the good envy? That’s what I’m feeling. I love seeing that it is achievable
