Lol, rain is one thing but torrential downpours are another. When soaked to be bone walking 10 feet to the truck I have to say its not worth going out in. Spent many many weeks camping in the rain, now am happy to sit in the cottage and wait for it to stop

As we humans grow older… we seem to lean to looking, gazing, if not observing a bit more, not jumping in on it, modus operandi of youngsters, one may say… As we keep seeing beauty in raindrops!! Enjoy or moments there friend!!

So once there were 2 bulls. And old one and a young one. Well, one day the young one is looking across the pasture and down a hill and he says a group of fine young cows. He starts running in circles and hopping a bit, getting all excited and kicking up a cloud of dust and he zips over to the old bull and say’s, “Do you see?! Do you see!!! All those cows down there, c’mon!!! Let’s go!!! Let’s run down and fuck one!!!”

The old bull slowly turns to the young bull, chews his cud a little and says “how about we walk down there and fuck them all?”

Yes sir, have not put shoes or socks on since I left work. I hate shoes. I drive barefoot, atv, well most everything

I’m a barefoot hippy too. I prefer barefoot, but I wear sandals most of the time, until there’s snow and it’s slushy.

Same here, need to feel the wind between my toes lol. I don’t know if I could ever go fully Cody Lundin though  maybe if I didn’t live so close to civilization…

Yeah, I am still barefoot come snow  I do keep csandles in the truck in case I have to go inside a store though, dont want to be rude. I see people all the time out my window staring at my footprints in the snow, lol, always makes.me laugh looking at the confusion on their faces.

Here it us, have you read both his books?

Walking barefoot in the snow is one of the best feelings. I know what you mean by the looks on people’s face when they see it. I love the cold like Wim Hof and take a cold shower every day. Nothing is more refreshing, except maybe an ice bath. I like to call it “bungee jumping”, cause when you go in, “something” snaps back like a bungee cord! :joy:

That’s nice! You can tell you’ve used it once or twice lol

I’ve read dozens of survival and bushcraft books over the years, but haven’t read his books, yet. I only ever heard of the one keeping your ass alive.

I think I’ve watched every episode of dual survival though  does that count? :joy:
