Hey @TSMoney, I’m mixing my own nutrients, but something like jacks would work great in this system too. Let me know how it goes. I’ve been running it on weed, tomatoes and peppers for a few years now. It’s very low maintenance and working great.

The float switch turns on when the water level goes below the pots, and drip feeds from the top. Eventually the pots saturate and runoff enough to shut it off again. The drip stays off until the plants feed and wick enough from the bottom to activate the switch. You can buy a 6-bucket expansion bucket kit for about $100, so with a little creativity this can be a fairly cheap method.
