Into the cups to compact the soil against stem. I also use a rooting hormone.
Add water right around the stem area. Poke hole with a pencil
I appreciate the info. I’ll try it out soon. Going to scurry back to root riot plugs for this next attempt. They usually are 100% for me in a dome.
Changed the bulbs today and finally got a better picture. Going to have some beasts.
Pretty happy with how I shaped the Snake Venom. Real flat canopy but loaded.
2 female Snake Venom x NL2 and 3 female Big Detroit Energy x Hillbilly Skunk!
Already took the top off this Snake Venom. It’s rooting in a root riot plug.
The one Cheese I’ve gotten to sprout is starting to pick up steam as well.
Everything is looking good man.
You’ve got a green thumb fellow grower.
sad horn noises Well the big snake venom looks like a herm to me. That’s annoying. Low expectations for the smaller one.
Grows coming along really Kind brother. Nice to see a grower use cages. I love my cages, like I want to marry them. lol
The cages do help I just wish I had some taller ones. They don’t offer much support when you veg them a foot over the top haha
Cages and Zip Ties Are those cages DIY? I just looked closer. You made them cool man…
Beans are really nice and plump now.
The remaining girls. 2 of the Big Detroit Energy x Hillbilly Skunk look really nice. Beefy and full structure.

I didn’t make them. They predate me running that grow but I’m pretty sure they’re regular tomato cages cut in half. The cages usually go on a couple weeks before flower so half cages is way easier than trying to squeeze the plant in. In the barn it’s the same but with pieces of cattle fencing using bamboo to secure them.
I added a heat lamp a couple days ago as a cheap heater for the space. Much better temps around 76f. It was peaking around 65f before the lamp. Plants are starting to perk up and pray more. I’m sure they felt overwatered.
This cheese is looking super happy. I hope its female!
Those are some long fans.
Did some rearranging. The tub on the right was sucked dry by the larger plants while the seedlings on the left side were still really moist. I swapped them to let the big plants drink up and give the seedlings a dry cycle. This heat lamp has really turned things around.
