@Kavman just cut this off of the Motorbreath bushes out in the garden. I stopped harvesting weeks ago but I just couldn’t let this go to waste. She really finishes up nice this late in the year! I’ll call it Novemberbreath haha. Has been through probably 10 frosts at this point. Only the lowers have yet to rot.

Here are my reveggers at home.
Couple different Snake Venom S1. First one was from the tent run, second was outdoor and clone cut day of harvest.
And here’s a Cotton Candy Crunch x Hillbilly Skunk from outdoor also cut day of harvest. Just potted it right now. Came out like an even better version of Chocolatina. So now I’m giving her the side eye until I run this one indoor. Might be dethroning her.

Thanks for the report on the Motorbreath. What a year it has been. I still have 6 Monkey Paw x White widow plants from seed in the ground and not in the greenhouse. Zero bud rot on them. They did have some PM early in flower (mid Septemberish) but I sprayed them with sulfur and been free of it since. They are loaded up with seeds from a critical mass x white widow. Same white widow used in both crosses. Started shucking seeds today. First one I did was the Flo2 x Romulan. Small plants with small seeds but I still could see your name written on some😉

It has been a very good year for growing. Wish I would have known earlier in the year! I feel like I harvested a few good ones too soon. Especially after I harvested that Motorbreath flower yesterday. I also wish i knew how much I liked greenhouse flower. I would have done a much larger variety of small plants in there. I’m extremely happy with my fat Flo2 and Motorbreath bags but I would have loved to see all of my moms in there. Particularly the Cotton Candy Crunch.
On the topic of seeds, I have so many damn seeds for you haha. All of the Temple Flo, Black Triangle, and fem crosses. Shit I think there are still a few jars sitting with seeded flowers from the outdoor plants I pollinated last year with the TF/F13 pollen I believe?

How do those compare to what you guys cultivate at the shop? I am assuming you try everything at work.

If you’re referring to the Flo2 and Motorbreath, they are equal or better. Better in that they’re different and more complex. The potency is about equal. Again the high is different and more complex. Most of what we grow at work is just inbred gelato, sherb, zkittles. They have a backend flavor that is the same in all of them. To me I pick up the flavor as “dispo weed”. They kiiiiiiind of all have the same taste. In a way.

Something I’ve been meaning to ask you… 
What is the ‘decision process’ as to selecting which plants you will run or not?
From the view of a commercial enterprise, I can see there being a large sub-set of available strains you would avoid, due to the length of flowering, yield (and probably half a dozen other issues…)

It’s purely riding off of hype and THC percentage. We grow crosses of the new hype clones going around. We only keep the high testing stuff. Only high testing stuff sells. It’s a laughable scheme but the consumers unfortunately gripped onto the higher thc = better and have driven the market into where it is. One of my best friends manages a dispensary and says the same thing, people want the highest thc for the lowest price. Period. To the point they don’t want any advice or direction they just want to see the numbers.

I was also referring the TK as well. Josh from Bluestar gave me a few sample of a couple phenos he ran of TK and it was really good. But obviously was curious as to the cuts I gave you foremost. I value your input. I also admire your ethics and passion. We both take cannabis seriously as well as so many here at OG.

The Black Triangle is very potent. Moreso than what we grow at work. Unfortunately I harvested mine at a humid time of year and didn’t get the dry I wanted so the smell suffered. The flavor still comes through though. Incense, pine, pepper…something else I can’t pin down. I will try growing some of the F2s but for some reason I wasn’t excited to go again after I harvested them. Might just not be my kind of flower.

I’d love to share the Black Triangle F2s and the crosses I made. Unfortunately I only have about 5 coin flips and washers left and a few stamps. Not really in a good spot to restock on the flips and washers. I’ll use up what I’ve got and then it might be a bit until I’m sending out more seeds. Babies are expensive, people!
