I have been watching the Cup Challenger @potpotpot as he grows out a Mexican Widow seed I provided. Turns out that growing a robust Sativa in a Dixie Cup really IS a challenge.
He is doing a great job at it, but it’s also interesting to see how a cross between White Widow and Acapulco Gold matures. So far the “Mexican” is dominating the “Widow.”

…here’s a pic of The Mexican Widow’s AG mother. The one in front is the female. The male is in back, but I completely botched his pollen collection and it never came near the Mom. The Mom’s exposure to White Widow pollen was an accident and only hit the very lowest branches. I think I collected 40 seeds total.
