Acapulco Gold Repro

To my knowledge that’s never been a prerequisite for a pot grower😁 head for the bushes! lol. Virginia has a great climate for Himalayan varieties. I have Malana seed for you if you want to try…
They get big but they are tall and skinny for the most part and don’t really look like what people think of when they think cannabis and being down in Virginia I don’t think many people know what it looks like.

It’s why they all smoke cigars.

We had one who was funny as hell, and he tried to make people laugh, and made us do push-ups when we did. Military machismo often borders on masochism.

Yeah its just so recognizable in the yard. But I do like the sound of that Malana though… maybe that could be a possibility

@Natea You tell me your general location and I’ll go on Google Earth and find you a suitable spot
Half kidding but not really kidding.
I have some midgets you could try…others have autoflowers.

My cousin told me of a time when they were lined up in the morning for inspection and he couldn’t help it and farted. It was one of those silent farts but it smelled really bad and the drill sergeant Started screaming about the smell and asked who did it, Threatening the rest with punishment if the offender didn’t step forward. My cousin, being the man that he is, stepped forward and fessed up. Then the sergeant told my cousin to inhale the fart and blow it out the window lol. “Sir”???
" You heard me private!! ( I suppose he wasn’t a private yet… Use your imagination for the actual word lol)Do I stutter? Suck that fart in and blow it out the window!" He had to keep walking back-and-forth , sucking in the farty air and walking back to the window and blowing it outside until the smell was gone :joy::rofl::sweat_smile::sweat_smile::rofl::rofl::sweat_smile::rofl::joy:.
I swear to God those guys are some characters sometimes. Tough bastards that are probably hated by some, but they sure save a lot of lives by being so tough.

Guys, I hate to be a buzzkill but this is an Acapulco Gold thread…

True that, but it was fun to wake up to! As far as the Acapulco Gold strain goes, I hear a lot of good things! I like to see certain strains not left on the back burner and kept alive!

Hi @Natea,
There’s tons of room on OG for fun, but this is a serious thread that lots of people will refer to. Dozens of off topic posts are inappropriate. I’m not the Sheriff, just another OG grad student.

Hope that’s not too harsh.

They did save lives by being such hardasses. One event stands out: In Basic (Army for Boot Camp) we were on a pack march when a private deliberately stepped on a branch in the middle of the trail. The drills told him very sternly to not step on things in the trail, as the enemy likes to put booby traps out for us. I remember there were two drill sergeants in particular who took it upon themselves to teach us things and answer our questions (within reason, of course). Fast forward to July of 2004. I was driving an uparmored HMMWV when I hit an IED. The blast caved the door in, injuring the front passenger and blew the eardrums out of the gunner up on the top. In fact, the blast took a 100-pound machine gun and threw it about 20 feet. I didn’t get a scratch, but my hearing…isn’t so good anymore. The scariest part was that SEVEN dismounts walked right past it. Had one of them set off the IED, there wouldn’t be very much left of any of them. They’re alive ONLY because they heeded the lessons they learned in Basic about not stepping on things.
I ran into one of my old drills after that. In fact, the one I ran into was one of the ones who went out of their way to teach us stuff. He asked if I felt like they had done a good job, and I told him that story.

Did you mean to post a picture? How many more weeks do you think you would have needed for the plant(s)to fully finish? Cloudy glands are what I shoot for anyway. Clear glands even. We sure had a good fall for sativas this year in the Eastern half of the country.

My AG was a monster. Our Temps dropped before I could get out to it. It froze…soo I went cut the buds off filled with milky trichomes. Put them straight into the freezer to make some dry ice hash. I will let ya’ll know how it goes. :v::green_heart:

Clone of the monster…

We can likely get some photos of her and some trichomes too! Lets call the grower…

@wny61

Some photos have been posted earlier.
I do know she started flowering mid to late August and came inside mid October, so just about 8 weeks. I would assume 10-12+ weeks could have gained some yield?

I made a mistake on that. The actual vote didn’t take place on the 14th. It was the date of the first hearing on it. Not only are the CAOA and SAFE Banking act being discussed on Capitol Hill, Nancy Mace was even on Fox News expressing her optimism that cannabis reform is coming. Even Fox News is calling for cannabis reform. There are big happenings in the cannabis world.
