JK but this seedling came out of the dirt perfectly yellow and haven’t seen that before… I’m guessing she’ll green up once light hits those but we’ll see.
Looks like it matches the container
Yes, I germinate in the dark and they are never green as soon as they break ground. Once they see the lights they should be just fine.
All the best.
But I’ve grown hundreds of plants without this ever happening so hoping its mutation/variegation/albino. I’ve had some slightly yellow then green up but this is different
Yeah man maybe it bled into the foliage haha
I’ve had some corn pop up like that. All yellow leaves. They never grew out of it, just died. Guessing something with the chlorophyl.
Usually seedlings with lack of light are white, not yellow. It should green up within a day or two if it’s going to.
Have you considered adding a pinch of earth worm castings as a top dressing? Watering through that with a dropper will boost the shit outa that little guy with no burning.
All good observations no clue ive had it only a couple times. Like everyone said should go green
Yeah she’s back to boring green now so I’m thinking it popped under ground then rose up yellow before hitting the light.
