What time frame did you begin the photos? Got any you could share from the early early days

Look in the free your budshost thread. Lots of pics from a decade ago. I just start running haze genetics about 3 years ago. Everything I’ve grown going back to the 70’s were poly hybrids. I prefer outcrosing haze. Ive been making a bunch of haze polys.

I know but they are describing the same paranoia inducing effects TomHill, his cheerleader and Hempy from THH and NH. Only that Haze backcross grows huge trees, but THH not.

Must be the NL. Or the Thai of the NL that does make (narcotic Afghani) x Haze more sativa than pure Haze.

Maybe my receptors but i find the NH not enough strong to generate a discomfort. And it’s also why i like it as breeding material actually, no printfoot for the creativity. JH is my daily smoke since ages, to replace a context.

But i understand your explanation now, make more sense that the first for me ^^

i reckon kangativa could grow a large tree out of THH

When i selected to go with Nevils Haze over OHaze back in 1999/2000 i made my diction sourly based on peoples smoke reports. Not sure what the current offerings like but even the early Nevils Haze made by Nevil needed selection all Haze dose.

I ran at the time at lest 20 F1s and had at lest 20 if not more F1s in the wings i got lucky found the mother of my F2s in those first seed along with i think 3 males. Its a numbers game and the best you can hope for in the next generations is those numbers of exceptional plants keep increasing.

That is why Tom sold 100 packs of seed he wants people to find these exceptional Haze yes its a lot of work but once you strike you wont find better.

1:40 ratio is pretty much decent if you found the pearl, from my point of view. Back in the day I’ve spend a bit more. Without any regret don’t get me wrong, i’ve played with it with far more pleasure than with the SH or the SSH by example.

I like the Tom of the past, in the SCBB era when i’ve known what he was doing (i’m an hermit for some circles) but not his actual posture. It include the “screen it for me” communication. But it’s personnal, not a judgement.

On a short and fast afghani, i will not mind much. But these tall ladies imply constraints you know better than me, and some sort of work to be done before any release. It’s a matter of respect for me, we are numerous “unlicensed” (lol) to take risks, time and money to grow. I digress again, fucking JH.

When we grew Nev.hz in 2001/20 most of the plants were very nld, with aromas of pine, hash and lemon, slightly spicy, the incense stuff was very little, outdoors we harvested them in mid-December, (haze of nirvana would have taken one or two more weeks), and the effect was strong, energetic, good for dance(these were the techno times) and often caused paranoia.
Skunk and superskunk were the exact opposite…
These are still the phenos that I would like to find in NH, (in addition to a half pack from 2017, I’ve got an older reproduction)
