How do you do that? I’ve got galaxy s10e and taking pictures through the grow light glasses leaves my eyes unprotected.

I just take pics when lights just out or just before lights on.

Sometimes I can’t even get my phone to focus.

That is a simple solution that I surely should have thought of 
go into your phones camera, go to the more option (photo, video, more*), look for the Pro option, then what your looking for is your white balance, adjust that.
or something similar to that as i dont have a s10 though most androids have similar camera features

Yeah, it didn’t do much for color correction.
I found on my iPhone X the “vivid cool” filter does ok. Really any sort of “cool” filter should help, unless you want to actually learn color correction in photoshop.
