After you hydrate a brick of coco, how do you dry/store what's left?

Let’s say you hydrate a birck of coco and use 1/4 of it.

How do you dry and store the remaining 3/4 of the coco?

How long does the coco last before you have to dispose of it?

Coco will pretty much last indefinitely if it isn’t used. I use bricks myself and had some hydrated coco in a Rubbermaid from 2009 that worked great when I used it the year before last.

i throw all my coco in a rubbermaid bin, ld typically partially off or fully if its wet and let it dry
stays that way till i use it, and i toss it every now and then just to get it to dry evenly.

Though i use bagged coco now but same same the bin acts as my working bag/bin and i can scoop out of it as needed.

I get bricks, and agree with the others. After I hydrate, I rinse, rinse, rinse it, let it drain, then just put it wet in a tote. I’ve had some go for a couple of years before I found it… still good  Even if it drys out, it’s easy to re-hydrate, not like peat. Just one of the great things about coco
