That AN calmag has heaps of N - relative to Ca/Mg.

A 640w at 60% for a seedling is wayyy too much even at 7 feet away, Most veg plants that have not been hardened would recoil at such at level. Seedling can take insane levels of par but with those levels come an almost impossible to keep up with water,nute,C02,silica readjustment.
Try this:
Raise your light as high as you can. 70+ inch away from canopy doesn’t matter and put intensity to as low as it will go.
Then go smoke some weed and not think about them for a day or two, I don’t mean ignore, I mean make sure evrythings is in working order(pumps,timers etc) and let them do what they do.
You cannot and will not speed up the germination/early seedling process.
Think of it as more of an art class and less science class.
P.S. I’ve been on a mad hunt for purple haze, We’re in the process of talking to the others we know locally that have grown it and see if anyone still has cuts or seed. lol Damn old guerillas still using rotary phones and shit are hard to get a hold of haha Found you some autofems as well(lol my buddy said “she’ll gently skull fuck you into the couch”… We’ll take a dozen!). You’re going to have a nice collection to mess around with

Thank you man, I can’t raise light higher but can put plants lower… already dimmed light to 370 ppfd… ignoring them is going to be the hardest lol

So how do you add the Epsom? Dilute in the water… if so what order? If not, on top of medium then? How much do I add ?

No special order with Epsom.
As with any additive, stir well to make sure everything dissolves and mixes.

Feed charts don’t account for transpiration rate. Or temperature. Or anything. I have no idea why people grow with these products.

Yea my take on it is just to use them as a guideline for what ratios to mix the nutes at. As far as strength goes u really need to watch the plants.
