Skunk91 females hermed. I’m done with trying inside. Next summer I’ll plant some clones and see what happens. The male gets one more rest run with his offspring. All low branches will be cut before flowering and plants will be kept much smaller because of the incredible stretch in flowering. No herms were found on any well lit area of any the skunk 91 crosses. I think theyre light sensitive. Low watts in veg and then very very bright lights in flower. My gut is still telling me I am wasting my time. The clone i took from the only non-hermed JS/BD/Sk91 female
is already rooted and is still trying to flower.
It’ll go into dirt tomarrow morning
and back into flower. By the time she starts to flower again the JS/BD/Sk91 male should be throwing pollen (I’ll post pics in the morning)
so can breed her in hopes to finding some F2 offspring that wont herm under stressful conditions.
The Thai Skunk male I have has been throwing pollen on some Daku/Lowlands clones.
Looking forward to testing the seeds this winter hopefully it doesn’t get hot quick. But i expect a shit ton of stretch from them so I should flower them at a younger age then I would normally like to.
The Daku/Lowland clones in the attic
have stretched a bit and the big Zam/GDP mom is branching out nicely and should yeild a nice crop. The clones from her are growing slowly which is giving the clone I took from the sister
time to revegg and prepare to become a boy to make the S1 Zam/GDP seeds that everyones been waiting over a year for. Pebble pusher and elephant stomper seedlings are ready for a transplant tomarrow too. Along with several hawaiian genetics
and the pinkman goos.
But i have more room due to the skunk91 female herming quite early in flower. Taking the good with the bad and shifting gears.
