Legendary for its stability, consistency and high myrcene levels, this is the truly authentic Skunk No.1.
Mel Frank reproduced the seeds in 1996 and stored them in a refrigerator with desiccants for 23 years. I have grown the seeds from the 1996 batch out multiple times and found these phenotypes to be more acrid than sweet, with very long and full buds. Because I liked them so much, I did an open pollination IBL reproduction in order to preserve the original Skunk No.1 genetics with the more acrid and skunky terpenes.

Nothing yet. I know his system is automated, I bought the pre-order with another strain so the tracking only lists the other strain that I already got months ago.
He usually does pretty decently fast shipping though so I’d imagine they’d be showing up this week or maybe next but i think we’ll have to wait and see. I don’t know of anyone who has already received them at least…

For those curious on the Original Haze smells, I have 4 females; all have the classic haze smell, but with varying notes. One smells more nutty and woody, one smells more mango-ish, one smells more like panama red, which is almost impossible to describe unless you’ve had it, and one smells like a dead ringer for Top Dawg’s Uptown Brown… which people tell me is the closest thing to the piff smell outta NYC.(I’ve never had the pleasure of true piff, but i have grown uptown brown, and the one ohaze smells just like it… maybe not quite as loud though) They are about 3-6 weeks from harvest, so i’m sure the smells will be more pronounced in time, but as of now that’s what they are giving off. The one that leans towards PR in odor doesn’t look like the frostiest thing I’m growing right now, but it is so fucking sticky… just bump it and you feel like there is glue on wherever it touched. I’ll try to get some pictures later.

from what i can remember, and based on how it is going, i would say somewhere around 14-20 wks… probably more like 16 even from when the pistils started showing on the bud sites. The nutty woody one that you mention is taking the longest, followed by the one that smells like uptown, then the panama red smelling, then the mango, which is the shortest flowering… so they aren’t all in the exact same time frame… I’m thinking there will be some with shorter times, and others with even longer than the one’s i’m growing if you went through enough. I had a NL/Haze a couple of years ago that went 2 months longer than it’s siblings… i think there might be wide ranges like that with these too. i hope that helps!

I dont think he that “back in stock” means that he is shipping them yet, I think that just means they will be available soon, and he has ended the pre-order pricing.

I sent a message to Todd to see when they were shipping abs he was out of town and just got back. He issued me a refund as he says he no longer ships to Canada but said he would give me my original deal if someone is willing to send it on.
