Wow! That is brutal and dangerous! I hope no one got really hurt, but that’s a lot of damage all around.

There’s gonna be millions in damage that brutal considering the plants stood up quite well for the size of that hail! They’ll be lots of insurance company’s righting off vehicles and campers too beat to repair.
Houses must of took a shit kicking too?

most houses here are brick and mortar but all the cars in this area are now damaged

Illinois Iowa both got hammered.
Shear winds at 70/80 mph, storm came thru that fast also.

One minute there next minute gone.
250000 without power, electrical contractors from other states called in.

Generators and chainsaws none to be found.
That shit formed over us in Central Minnesota didn’t do much damage till it hit IA and Illinois.

We had strong wind here the last couple days lots of tree branches snapped two inches of rain over night strong enough wind to move the barbecue on the deck . Glad we missed getting hail there’s been lots around us but nothing right in this area.

sorry didn’t see this message
I haven’t noticed or heard of anyone talking about “pine” terpenes in my strains
I would also love to try a “pine” strain but don’t think I have any

Really sorry to see that bro. It’s a given here too but I haven’t been in one quite that big. The last good one made up for size in the sheer amount it dumped. 12 hours after the storm I still had 6 - 8 inch piles in front of all the downspouts around the house.

It caused more damage than originally thought but the plants usually come back stronger than ever. Mine just look like casualties of the war with missing limbs and all. But they also look beautiful.

Got me a Slippery Rails x Cake Crasher, 3 Spitting Cobra, and 2 Spectral Tangerine moved up to one gallon pots. I’m going to repot two Wedding Cake/Gelato x Dosido mother plants. They were all outside and starting to flower. I think I’m gonna give em a little more dirt and re-veg them after. Win-win. Plus, I’d love to have more of that smoke. Be talking to you.

Oh, any topping or pruning suggestions on the 3 new ones I started? Need to know now. I normally just watch them grow. But, sometimes I wish I’d pinched them.

Dude, be careful. I got beaned in the head last year from one bigger than a marble but smaller than a ping pong ball. Scared me. I was running out to save plants. peace

We had something like that come through our way about 5 years ago. Every car that was not under cover got destroyed. Smashed windows and every panel looking like a golf ball full of dimples.
Sorry for the damage to the girls.

That sounds like around here last year or two. The hail came early this year but just got lucky. Not unscathed, but lucky it wasn’t worse. I even tried hiding some of my plants under trees for a few weeks. It actually helped as it hailed a couple of times while they were there. Sorry to hear of the damage.

Many of my plants look odd since they lost whole limbs when they were young. I didn’t plant my Beanz until recently so they should be good. Don’t normally get anymore this late but nothing is set in stone anymore. peace

We have had high winds rain and hail as well. Yesterday my largest plants were all sideways. Got them back up but calling for severe weather again today with tornado warnings.
Seems like it’s happening all over this year. Good luck for the fall Sam.

ok they are recovering from the storm and hail but the Face Off OG and the Double Cookies are taking their time to flower - hope the male lasts long enough to pollinate them all

the tallest ones are the Face Off OG - beasties indeed
