Out of curiosity, how much of the Diamond K are you using per gallon? How often? Foliar or irrigation?

2 teaspoons in 5 gallons. Irrigation. Everyday when i feed. I feel it really lets me push the limits on using cheap nutrients. On saturdays both feeds are gypsum only. 500tds

Cool, how often do you use it? Every time? I have been adding about 3 grams per gallon once a week.

If I have water left over in my bucket with nutrients in it. I will feed with 1 tsp gypsum. I have seen some S toxicity but nothing horrible. But I do think that 2 tsp is upper.limjts. it’s gonna be interesting to see what goes down when I start adding microbes and silica.
It takes some serious word of mouth to get me to try new things. Especially expensive ones. I feel that the grower and environment play a bigger role in the overall grow than genetics.
You read that slownickle thread on ICMag? What about the Tiejens book, More Food from Soil Science.
Slownickle recommends high Ca from rooting through early veg. Then push K until flip, then push Ca again through stretch and finish flower pushing K again.
Are you going to try potassium silicate, Calcium silicate, or monosilicic acic? The silicate will push pH way up, but the monosilicic acid is more expensive.

I just feel like I am pushing the limits of what I can do with what I’m using. If I can make some minor adjustments and get a little more flavor or potency I am all for it.
