Plus, from what I understand, itās the pupae and larvae stage of the lady ug that eats the spider mites. I think the adult ladybugs pretty much ignore spider mites, mostly. They eat the hell out of aphids tho.

The way I understand it, the adult Lady bug can/will eat up to 50(I think was the number) spider mites, in a day.
editā¦ I just googled and it says they can eat up to 100 SM in a day. Been so long, I got curious about that number.

Yes, but a good infestation will get away from you even with ladybugs. Been there, done it.
The best I have come up with, and itās probably controversial, is to turn off all your fans. Specially the exhaust fan. Place one or two NO PEST STRIPS (the kind in the white plastic cover) and zip up the tent. Leave it for at least 24 hours. Then exhaust the tent. Repeat in three days to get any new bugs.
That is how I got rid of my spider mites. And they have not come back in two additional runs.
