So heres my flower tent. 1 week into 12/12. They have already stretched a fair aount. Probly 4-5 inches. Mikey be’s happy so far.
In the back we have a Frankenstein X PPP and a Frankie X DBHP.
In the front is my ‘side project’ plant that I have been working with for a few runs.

Looking very nice cuz. one point, if you notice, they both look very much alike. that is the point I was making in other posts about the mother being the biggest influence on how any seeds/crosses end up looking. If the mother is strong it doesn’t matter what strain you cross it with, the mother’s traits will usually be dominant.
After it’s stabilized, of course lol but the F1 seeds will have Phenos all over the spectrum, so you can hunt for the traits you want. If you want a plant with more of the pollen strain, it’ll probably show up, 50/50 also, etc.

The lowers don’t look so good.
I had a bit of a problem dialing in lights this time. Plus, I’m using used soil. But I did water flush the soil until it was around 250 ppm.

Ok. Back to my more normal Sunday Update.
So here is my flower tent. I have made a couple changes. One of my project plants turned out to be a boy. He has been removed to finish producing a bit of pollen for my project before he is destroyed. and he was replaced with a Frankenstien X GSC.
So we have in the back is the Frankenstein X PPP on the left and Frankenstien X DBHP on the right.
In the front is a Project plant on the left and the Frankenstien X GSC on the right.
These girls have hit their stride. They are (except for the F X GSC) one and a half weeks into stretch. So they still have a good week or so before they start beefing up. Im excited.

Its hard to see actually how big they are getting from these pics. They are on average, up to my navel, so thats about 44". This is why I like to only run 4 good plants in a 4 X 4 tent. Give them some breathing room and they will get huge. That tent will be full by next week.
This is my favorite time of each grow. You get to almost WATCH them grow. And this, to me, is when the plants actually look their best. More like really nice house plants. but with an agenda.

I’m thinking about upgrading to a bigger tent. I can’t spare a whole room.
I think a 5 X 5 would give me enuff room for 8-9 large plants versus 4 plants in the 4 X 4.

I have an unfinished room that has no ceiling in it yet. I could grow a 12 footer in there if I could hang lights all around it. lol
I don’t think my Spider Farmers would reach that far down with any effect. I could hang some vertically along the sides as well as the top.
I’m going to grow some straight sativa. (probably the Vietnamese Black) Wouldn’t that be rich, to grow a 12 foot plant inside. I could lay it on its side and stretch it along horizontally. I have enough lights to do something like that. It may not be cost efficient but it would be an awesome thing to try. I joked about doing just that a while back.
OH and I will be posting pics of my DIY cloner today. You asked so I put the pics together.
