Got me wondering. Its made of 6061 Aluminum. I cant rember the tensile strength at the moment. Possibly if you could get four and one in each corner.
Its pretty thick aluminum tho.

Clamp it and put it on top of one of those electric oil filled heaters for a while. The heat will transfer through the aluminum. Tighten the clamps after a while. I use to do something similar.

I smoked about a quarter of one of those pucks as a bowl topper for my bong last night.
First of all, they are harder than a rock. You have to warm it up a bit to get it a bit pliable. Then I busted off a half of a half to try out.
I went to bed right after, cuz I was buzzing real good. Actually I was frickin BLASTED. I went to sleep pretty soon after. I woke up at about 2 am with the TV on and the sound was fairly loud. which I thought was odd. 1. I don’t remember turning the TV on. 2. My wife was snoozing right thru the sound.
Anyways, I was aalready pretty much back to normal, whatever that is. I took a small hit off the remainder of the bowl, and had the most vivd dream I have had in a while. Something about me trying to save people from a coming tornado.
Good stuff.

You don’t need a heat press unless you wanna press for rosin… That 2x4 form is really used to press flower / kief before putting it in micron bags for rosin pressing. You can compress it pretty easily with a vice, just be sure to center it, if you apply more force to one side than the other, it will lock up and twist ever so slightly.
If you put it in a vice, you can heat it up with a heat gun / hair dryer enough to compress your hash easily. It does work for this purpose as well. Assuming you have the vice.
I learned a new trick with that kinda hash too. I make a pea size ball, maybe smaller (after cutting off a piece and rolling it in my fingers). Using my glass waterpipe and quartz banger with the swirly air cap, I heat the banger with a torch, then drop the ball in and put the cap on. That banger is hot, and if you start inhaling, the hash burns nicely, GREAT flavor, hits like a mofo, and the flame doesnt destroy it. With the swirly cap on, my little hash ball actually swirls around the banger, and even better, it glows like a little ember…
